Wendy is an HR and management consultant, conference speaker, educator, author, and podcast host specializing in attracting and retaining talent  (and keep companies out of court) by educating and developing managers, business owners and employees too.

Wendy is here to keep it real and get things done. An author, speaker, podcast host, HR consultant and teacher of reality, she’s been in the game since 1998, fixing problems and educating people face-to-face, online, and from the stage. Her approach? Bold, straightforward, and focused on results.

With over 25 years of experience in HR, operations, and management—and not just the book kind. Wendy’s got the degrees (Master’s in HR and another in Health Care Administration), plus she’s held titles like SPHR and SHRM-SCP.  She even taught the SHRM prep-course, but she walked away when it started feeling like a waste of time for folks who weren’t ready to be there but they were still gladly taking their money! Wendy’s also certified in internal workplace investigations, DiSC personality training, and holds a health/life insurance license. Oh, and she’s a Dale Carnegie grad in leadership and empathy—because those things actually matter.

She has served businesses of all sizes, from local startups to global enterprises. Wendy has worked in and across diverse industries, including healthcare, dental, professional services, technology, manufacturing, construction, engineering, non-profit, higher education (college & universities), federal contractors, public safety, and government agencies – to name a few.
